General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – YELINA


1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between YELINA , a Moroccan ready-to-wear brand selling exclusively online, and its customers. By validating an order on our website www.yelina.ma, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

2. Products

The products sold on our site are ready-to-wear items intended for personal use. We make every effort to ensure that the products are described and photographed accurately. However, minor variations in color or design may exist depending on the display settings of users' devices.

3. Orders

The customer can place an order directly on the website www.yelina.ma. Once the order has been validated and paid, YELINA will send a confirmation by email. This confirmation marks the acceptance of the order by YELINA, subject to product availability. In the event of unavailability of a product, YELINA reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order.

4. Price and Payment

Product prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be specified when confirming the order.


Payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery . Once the order is ready to be shipped, the customer is contacted to agree on the terms of delivery and payment.

5. Delivery

Deliveries to Morocco are provided by Amana, with a delivery time of between 24 and 72 hours from confirmation of the order.


The customer agrees to provide a correct and complete delivery address. In the event of non-delivery due to an address error, the customer will bear the cost of the new delivery.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

- No Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued .


- Exchange : The customer can request a product exchange within 3 working days from receipt of the order. To make an exchange, the customer must:

- Contact customer service by email at [support@yelina.ma] to submit your exchange request.

- Provide the shipping receipt for the returned product within 3 business days of receiving the order.

- Exchange conditions : The products to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:

- Unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and undamaged.

- Must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging, cards and accessories that were present when initially sent.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be exchanged.


- Exchange costs The shipping costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by YELINA (defective product, delivery error, etc.).

7. Liability

YELINA makes every effort to guarantee the availability and quality of its products. However, YELINA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays which are the responsibility of the carrier.


In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of a product, the customer must contact YELINA within 3 working days of receiving the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site www.yelina.ma, including texts, images, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of YELINA and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use of the contents of the site without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Protection of Personal Data

YELINA is committed to respecting the confidentiality of its customers' personal data. The information collected when ordering is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations. In accordance with Moroccan data protection legislation, customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by sending an email to [support@yelina.ma].


10. Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale

YELINA reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will be published on the website www.yelina.ma and will apply to all orders placed after they are posted online.

11. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, only the competent court of Tangier will be authorized to deal with the dispute.
